04 — About iavai
A studio between two worlds: the tradition of the visual arts and the new possibilities of generative artificial intelligence.
IAVAI is a video production studio specialising in creating video with artificial intelligence. We develop pieces for brands, agencies and production companies looking to adopt this technology with creative direction, visual coherence and artistic judgement.
Our work combines a solid grounding in the visual arts with command of the main generative production workflows and tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, Flux and the 2026 AI video ecosystem.
We see artificial intelligence as a production tool in service of an idea. That is why every project starts from the concept, the narrative and the brand’s identity before tackling its technical execution.
The studio is led by Fernando Cortés, a multidisciplinary artist and creative director with a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid. His career combines audiovisual creation, art direction, photography and digital production. Specialising in integrating artificial intelligence into creative processes, he leads the studio’s visual and technological development, bringing his own artistic vision and solid experience in conceiving and delivering audiovisual projects.
Inmaculada Rosa is IAVAI’s business director. With specialist training in graphic arts and fine-art photography, she combines her visual sensibility with extensive experience in project management, corporate events and communication for companies and institutions. She leads commercial strategy, client relationships and project coordination, bringing an overall view that connects each brand’s needs with creative solutions and business goals.

A social media spot takes 5-7 days from brief to final delivery. Multi-format campaigns, 10-15 days. Art direction projects depend on scope and are agreed in the initial proposal. We always work to a fixed schedule agreed before we start.
No technical knowledge needed. You bring the brief, the brand and the objectives; we bring the pipeline, the tools and the execution. We explain the process transparently, but without unnecessary jargon.
Before production, we sign off the visual concept and storyboard with you. This keeps later changes to a minimum. Base projects include 2 rounds of revisions on the generated material. Additional rounds are quoted separately if needed.
We work with brands across Europe. 100% of the process — briefing, approvals, deliveries — can be done remotely with no loss of quality or communication. We are based in Málaga and Madrid, and we travel for projects that require it.
Yes. Once the project has been paid in full, all the files are yours: masters, variations, native files and, if included in the contract, the documented pipeline so your team can replicate it. We retain no usage rights over the material produced.
Yes to both. We sign confidentiality agreements as standard before any sensitive briefing. We also work white-label for agencies and production companies that present the work under their own brand.
